Keke Drop provides a technology platform that connects riders with drivers for local transportation services. We are a technology company and do not provide transportation services directly. All transportation services are provided by independent third-party drivers.

3. User Eligibility

To use Keke Drop, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Not have been previously suspended or removed from the platform

4. User Conduct

When using Keke Drop, you agree to:

• Treat all users with respect and courtesy
• Not engage in any unlawful, threatening, or abusive behavior
• Not use the service for any fraudulent purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not interfere with the proper functioning of the platform
• Not impersonate any person or entity

5. Ride Requests and Cancellations

For Riders:

• Ride requests are subject to driver availability
• Estimated fares are provided before confirmation but may vary based on actual route and conditions
• Cancellation fees may apply if you cancel after a driver has accepted and is en route
• You are responsible for ensuring you enter the correct pickup and destination locations

For Drivers:

• You may accept or decline ride requests at your discretion
• Once accepted, you should complete the ride unless there are safety concerns
• You must maintain valid licenses, insurance, and vehicle documentation
• You are responsible for compliance with local transportation regulations

6. Fares and Fees

Fares are calculated based on factors including distance, time, and demand. Keke Drop retains a service fee from each completed ride. All fares are displayed in the app before confirmation, and riders agree to pay the amount shown.

7. Safety and Insurance

While Keke Drop conducts background checks on drivers and implements safety features, we cannot guarantee the safety of any ride. Users are responsible for their own safety and should report any concerns immediately through the app or to local authorities.

8. Ratings and Reviews

Users may rate and review each other after completing rides. All ratings and reviews must be honest, respectful, and based on actual experiences. Keke Drop reserves the right to remove inappropriate content and may suspend users with consistently low ratings.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Keke Drop platform are owned by Keke Drop and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Keke Drop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keke Drop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or behavior that threatens the safety or integrity of our platform.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Keke Drop shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or via email.
